Some times people will come up with a different idea or a better way on doing thinks. An idea is of course is the first part and the easiest part of the formula. So this is the idea to sell stainless products over the internet, reason just the fact that most web sites are just too hard to use. In this day and age time is the most precious think we have and spending time on web sites that either can not tell you if they have it in stock, or you can not by the item online. I’m not saying that we are perfect but I can tell you this we will do the best job for our customers and will keep an open mind.
The staff at JS Stainless is only two but we both care about doing a good job and keeping the customer first. The policy we will keep is to make sure the customer (you) will be emailed with in twenty four hours on all emails, even if we can not help you. The staff at JS Stainless has twenty five years of experience in retail businesses and knows how to treat people. The customer is first so if you have a problem we have a problem and will fix it on the spot. This type of service is old school but this is the way we are.
